Since 2006 Happy Flame has hand made beeswax candles in the Northern Rivers of NSW, Australia. Our beeswax is sourced from the local area and is renown for being the highest quality and cleanest in Australia.

We do not add anything to our beeswax. Your candles are 100% beeswax. That means no oils, no additives, and definitely no other types of wax. 

Our candle wicks are made of cotton, no metals or other nasty materials.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum time I should burn the Bryon Light pillar candles?

We recommend you burn our pillar candles until the melted wax pool is from edge to edge. For the Byron Light this usually takes a minimum of 90 minutes each time. Burning this amount of time ensures the candle doesn’t “hollow-out”

Do these candles drip or overflow?

No, we make our pillar candles so they don’t drip. If you have them outside,  a strong breeze may push the melted wax over the edge after the first 2 hours.
